All Eclipse™ products, and other products distributed by GenPOS, are designed for today’s demanding POS marketplace. If you think that there is a technical issue with your product, please contact your POS reseller, or GenPOS if you are a POS reseller.

Before placing an RMA request, please make sure you’ve reviewed your case with our technical support team or with your authorized GenPOS or Eclipse™ reseller.
