Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your RMA number. The RMA # is essential for all returns.

Access to this RMA form will be suspended near the end of Q4 2025, at which time all customers should have received their new access. You can request now your new credentials to access GenPOS Django-Helpdesk, our new RMA application. See above.
